O’Malley Welding & Fabrication uses a unique 4-Step process by working with the most up to date FAB CAD software for ornamental rail design in the industry. This means quick visualization and stability of your ideas.
4 Step Process:
1. CONCEPT
Discuss ideas, budget, and scheduling to get your job started.
2. DESIGN
Upon accepting the terms of the contract, we will start the design process by photographing the area of the project. We will then "build" your project on the computer so that you can visualize the project before fabrication begins.
3. FABRICATION
Fabrication in the shop starts when the client has approved all designs. Once the client approved the fabrication, we will move on to sandblasting and powder coating, color.
4. INSTALLATION
We will install the finished project.
